Very bad app - almost nothing works and customers are left to figure out workarounds. Customer service is full of idiots who can't even understand what issue is being described and offer suggestions that are unrelated to the issue and generally make no sense. Absolutely shameful service quality at too many levels. Also you lost your customer data recently and now you're lying about why you can't save credit cards. Failure of leadership and employees.

Tried it about ten times and the tells me invalid document. No online help or chat function. Poor.

Try to connect, but still not possible

I try since 5 days to get connected to Optus via eSim. Every time when I put my details in the app, it cancelled. I get always this message: We're sorry, we've encountered an unexpected issue. Please try again. If you are still having trouble please call us 1300 737 252.

Nie wieder Optus bloß einen anderen Anbieter nehmen, nachts wie Tags über Anrufe und sms auf arabisch Chinesisch und 3 Anrufe am Tag von Computern die einen abzocken und nerven möchten

Wieviel onlinevolumen du noch hast. Somit keine Kontrolle. Man erhält eine sms mit einem vierstelligen Code der nach 15 min verfällt, man tippt ihn sofort ein und bekommt eine Fehlermeldung. Habe die App gelöscht wieder geladen wie mir der Support geraten hatte es bleibt gleich.

I have happily been using the Optus app to pay my bill on my iPad for several years now, but this month when my account arrived, every time I tried to go into the app a message came up saying there was technical problems and to retry later. After several days attempting to pay my account I forgot all about it until an email reminded me. Again, I tried to go into the app on the iPad and again, the same message saying they were experiencing technical problems and to try again later. In the end I used my iPhone to download the app and happily paid my account. I have not changed anything, and I still cannot access the app on my iPad. Not happy.

This so is only an upsell tool for Optus

The customer support pretend to swap to “supervisors” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Edit after response: you saying sorry does not make me feel any better because you are not changing the attitude of upsell from customer service people on the app!!!
