Am Anfang muss sich der Administrator etwas Zeit nehmen, um alles so einzurichten, wie er es für seine Firma braucht. Danach die Mitarbeiter einladen und schon gehts los. Auch wenn man Fragen hat, so wird man nicht im Stich gelassen. Am besten ein Mail mit Fragen senden und meist am gleichen Tag oder am nächsten bekommt man eine Antwort per Mail oder Telefon.
