Je n’arrive plus à me connecter à mon cloud.

I have a mycloud 4tb external hard drive After the new ios5 I couldn’t sign in I’ve asked for help and got several emails ahs still can’t figure out how to access my 3tb of videos and photos The passnumber required for manual sign in is not the required digit number I’m thinking of Seagate in the future! Why is it so damn hard to figure this out! I had no problems for years with the blue mycloud app. What’s the difference between mycloud, and mycloud home app.? Please reply this is costing me money as I’m a youtuber and photographer CFC66 Ron 🇨🇦

Even in local mode, I can no longer access my device. This device was supposed to be for safety and backup. Talk about safety and backup now. I cannot believe WD made changes that makes their device completely useless. I’m going to dismantle it and keeps the drives. Hopefully, I’ll be able to read the data from these drives. For sure, I’ll never buy a wd product any more. Not safe enough.

I purchased the My Cloud for long term cloud storage, now that is no longer possible. Never buying another WD product in my life!

Avoid this company like the plague. Their app can’t even find their drives. I’m losing a ton of information and years of pictures because of one of their “updates.” They shouldn’t be in the NAS drive space if they can’t get their stuff working…

I wish I could give zero star to it. The app is so slow and so erratic that you can’t use it the hardware for most practical purposes. Spent around $600 of this junk! Never buy WD NAS ever!!!

No longer support remote access.

The app doesn’t work at all. Support isn’t reachable you use a useless forum. The desk stop app is no longer available on the computer (found that out recently when I bought a new pc), the list goes on and on… my Seagate stuff is FLAWLESS so I’ll be getting all my stuff put to Seagate products now and THROWING OUT my wd cloud drive. Don’t waste $$$ on WD they are no longer the good company they were.

I like the auto backup feature, but I don’t like that th app has to be open the entire time. I also don’t like how it takes forever to open a photo or video. It would be great if it had a feature where it would auto-delete the photos/videos after it’s been backed up or at least ask the user if they want to do that or not.

I have had a WD book live for years an was able to connect easily with my iPad thru wiFi. Now it’s not compatible.. I bought this 2 terra drive too last but now I have to buy new one!!! No way I would buy WD products if that is the case, Fix or update you app to keep it going. Thanks for your support
