## My Passwords Manager Reviews in United States

### *---- "Problems"
Cant seem to enter new entry . No instructions on how to use.
-- Kirkland geriatric user, 2026-09-06

### ***** "Transfer to new phone"
Very easy to transfer to a new phone
-- Aaron_73, 2026-08-25

### *---- "Can’t get in to app"
Very frustrated. Have had the app for years now i am stuck in a loop and can’t log in. Sent 3 requests for help and has heard nothing
-- Holding my password, 2026-08-10

### **--- "Back and Restore Lacking"
While I have used this product for a long time, its one consistent flaw is its ability to back up easily across devices. They used to list the format required for a CVS import. An export will not import. Additionally encrypted backups do not import. This is specific to cross devices with the same app using the same master password. It also affects the primary device. If they solve this one issue and made it clear how this would work rather than bury it I would change my rating.
-- SlipperyHitch, 2026-08-08

### ***** "So convient"
I love this app it savesssssss me so much like seriously😭😂
-- Queen B🫶🏾👑, 2026-08-07

### ***-- "Ok App"
This is my go to app for all passwords. Used to be awesome when it worked with Face ID now all of a sudden its not working with Face ID
-- Tall-lady, 2026-07-14

### ***** "Top Notch"
So easy to save passwords and securely access them.
-- PAA221, 2026-07-11

### ***** "Awesome app"
This has saved my butt 1000 times. It’s so user freely and easy to keep up with. It does frustrate me when I go off the app for a second you have to sign back it but this is extra security so I deal with it
-- lonerwolf3700, 2026-07-04

### *---- "Login"
Won’t do face recognition anymore.
-- Spri262, 2026-06-24

### ***-- "Face recognition"
Can’t use face recognition to log in any more
-- Creatvestylist Hollie, 2026-06-19
