BACKUP AND RESTORE
If you have multiple devices, you can easily share your passwords with all your devices by exporting them on iCloud and restore them on the other device from iCloud.

USE OF PERMISSIONS
- Storage: Allows the app to access the storage for writing/reading backup and csv files
- Use fingerprint hardware: Allows the app to use the fingerprint sensor for authentication
- In-app purchases: To be able to purchase the PRO version and unlock the additional features

NOTES
- It is strongly recommended that you backup your encrypted database at regular intervals
- If the master password is lost the stored data cannot be recovered because of the missing sync option

Need help transferring

I am transferring from Android to IOS system, just purchased the Pro version in order to do this. I logged into the new phone, IOS system with the Password Pro account… what now?? I don’t see how to get my passwords loaded. Please some advice.

The Worst

I set up the app, keep entering the PW and it tells me it is wrong. I kept screen shot in my notes since they tell you there is no way to recover the master PW (which in itself is ridiculous) It tried to do the reset password but the app tells me the info is incorrect. Considering I never entered a PW into it since I downloaded it yesterday...not sure how the answers can be wrong. Useless

Why no facial recognition?

I can’t understand why facial recognition is not supported.

Extremely under developed

I just purchased Family Pro, not sure why! This app is very underdeveloped, not easy to figure out, it has no instructions, i have ‘pocket’ which used to wallet, but the developer stop updating it, that was (is) the best password app, shame is no longer available, plus it was never available for Iphones. Hence why I’m stuck with this one on my iphone. 🤨

They took away the face unblock so now there’s nothing really separating them from other paid services

Transferring entries between devices is impossible

Although this is one the better and easier to use password managers, copying entries for one device to another is impossible.

Money Pit

Have paid for this app several times on different devices and never transfers over. Sick of wasting money on it.
