## My PBT Reviews in United States

### *---- "App no longer works"
Once I updated app, it no longer goes beyond the apps title page. In the past, I would have given 4 stars.
-- kaybeelove, 2025-05-04

### *---- "App won’t even open"
I can’t even open the app and I have a brand new IPhone
-- Jenjen53$", 2025-04-17

### **--- "New app update is HORRIBLE!"
App doesn’t show my correct tan time and won’t update. Very frustrating
-- 2012 SugarBear, 2025-02-11

### *---- "New update is awful"
This app used to work fine. The only thing I want it to do is tell me the time at which I’m eligible to tan again. It used to do this beautifully. Now it is never correct, and I never know when I can go in. The update ruined the app.
-- OsoGuapo1776, 2025-02-06

### *---- "Changed after the last update"
It was telling me my updated eligible to tan time after every session. But it hasn’t been updating or logging any of my sessions since the last update.
-- AshleyCr33, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Terrible!"
This app is horrible. I can’t ever get signed in and never works properly. So disappointing!!
-- NarieC, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app is trash. Time doesn’t update to show when you’re eligible to tan again. Useless
-- @MarioLifestyle, 2025-01-25

### *---- "The time never works"
You have to wait 24 hours to the minute to tan in Texas. My app ALWAYS says eligible to tan until I scan in, and the girls behind the desk say “you have to wait 20 more minutes”. It’s so annoying because they get a little snippy about it too. Just make it work properly please.
-- Misscollin, 2025-01-19

### *---- "App is a continuous blank screen"
The app is a continuous blank white screen and does not work. My phone is up to date on its software and the app is updated as well. It does not work.

This is a zero star review but I’m required to at least select 1 star.
-- Myblue_eyez, 2025-01-07

### ***** "Tanning experience"
Very personable, clean & they keep your health in mind hence the 24 hour waiting. Period.
-- Loving my tan, 2024-12-21
