App sucks
A Help line Agent told me to always phone in any desired changes, as any desired changes have delayed effective dates that are not clear in the app.
App shows pay per use charges, without showing totals or $ amounts.
Changes get the message “You have changed your plan midcycle” and it takes 2-3 months before the usage graph catches up.
I would say always check the app for charges and changes you’ve made with date and time. Also check and record dates, time and amounts you been charged.
If you can’t count on the app showing correct data, what’s the point of having an app at all?

No Usage Details
The Usage component does not show total data usage, which is a big problem when you have limited data. It was there initially, please fix.
Needs work
My service has been okay in my experience with a cheap 15$ a month plan, my only gripe is that when I went to top up my pre paid account today it wouldn’t allow me to put the money on. Giving me either a message about having technical difficulties or that they’re unable to verify my card information, which I re entered 6 times and ensured was right. I tried re starting the app and no luck, I’ll try resetting my phone later and see if that does something but we will see what happens
App not working with e-SIMs
I just installed a PC Mobile Prepaid SIM card in my phone and the app keeps saying that I need a “PC Mobile Prepaid SIM” and “Retry”. I can make and receive phone calls and text fine, but the app keeps giving the same error. Please give customers a means other than the app (with data only???) to access their account and data information, either through the web or wifi.
Update: I have an e-SIM and also a PC Mobile SIM card installed, and a local shop agent told me your app is not working with e-SIMs. Please update your app to work in conjunction with e-SIMs. It’s 2023…every provider is using e-SIMs!

Technical difficulties
Every time I go to add my credit card or bank info for automatic top up, it says they are having technical difficulties. It’s been over 3 months of trying with the same message. Please fix your app.
Confusing bistromathics
First, the app doesn’t work with wifi, so you have to use up some of your data allowance to use it.
Second, it clarifies nothing, and in fact confuses matters. If I have extra charges or credits, there is no way to understand where those come from or why they are there. Even the very nice customer service rep I spoke with on the phone couldn’t explain them.
It looks as though I am being charged twice a month for my monthly service through mechanisms neither he nor I understand or can explain.
While I appreciate the lower fees charged (supposedly?) by PC Mobile, the whole billing system seems to have been set up to be as confusing and opaque as possible, so even your own employees, whose job it is to answer customer questions, do not understand how it works or what is going on.
I am satisfied with every other aspect of the PC Mobile service, but your billing practices seem to have been designed by someone out of a Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy novel — they are completely incomprehensible and this app only serves to make things even more confusing.
Can’t connect using wifi
Please let me access my PC account on a different device. Either develop a web portal, or enable your app to run on wifi.
WIFI not allowed
You must switch off your WIFI to use the app, which is super annoying, because you forget to switch it back on :-(
You also cannot reload custom amounts. I am now stuck with a $2 balance and I cannot refill $18 to make it useable.
Works good but not great
Why does it have to use mobile data? Why can’t we use it with WiFi? The most annoying part is the service where the data speed is so bad that you can’t load anything hence can’t use the app. I have to find a good place to go outside my home where you get good signals for better data so I can use the app. Pathetic structure.
