### ***** "Pet safe Wi-Fi litter box"
I really like this litter box. It does help with keeping my cats happy with a clean box. I do have 2 other regular boxes because I have 4 cats. Only things I don’t like are the buttons are on top of the unit. My cats like to sit on that part and watch the rake when it sifts, which then they either turn off the wifi or reset the count. Also one of my cats scratches at everything when she’s done, and has scratched the buttons making them peel a little. Clean up to change litter can be a messy task, I have a forever tray now vs the disposable one. The crystals don’t last as long with multiple cats, they get very saturated within a week. I still like the convenience of the self clean and do recommend this litter box. Especially for those who are busy, and don’t want to spend all day cleaning boxes after each use.  I do want to acknowledge the customer service with replacing my unit. One of the pieces to the rake broke off, they sent me a whole new unit as it was under warranty. I didn’t have it long maybe a couple of months when that happened.

Bought one of their smart litter boxes and I can’t even make an account for it to work because the app glitches when you tap create an account. Does the same thing if you tap login. Attempted it on four different devices (apple and android) and the same issue occurred. Extremely disappointed.

App takes me to a page to insert code I should be emailed but it 1. Doesn’t email a code ever. And 2. Blinks rapidly with boxes lighting up red and then to black over and over again. It doesn’t allow me to click anywhere, including the arrow to leave the page. Tried to contact for app support but it just takes me to their website home page with no option to ask for bug help.

I love the functions that are designed into my GPS fence and collar, as well as the design of the app. However, the number of locked screens and failed edits is unacceptable! I feel like I’m using an app from the earliest days of the internet. For example, I had to install my base station 6 times before it was acknowledged by the app as set up! The collar installation took just as long! I looked up on the AI why it’s so bad and why I couldn’t get the system to accept my simple mod. Apparently, the app doesn’t like 5G. It only likes 2.4G. You have to tell us that! I have wasted soooooo much time on this device. But I will keep it because it does work, once it’s set up. Also, the map should be more precise! Can’t it just link to Google? Candidly, it feels like the app and backend are built on an old legacy system that can’t handle the data it’s being asked to handle! Bite the bullet and invest in a better system if that’s the case!

This app for my gps fence collar was pretty decent when we got it especially for the price even with the subscription. Fairly responsive and accurate. Now it doesn’t respond well at all. Very delayed. Inaccurate. Not only with pet location but also with battery life. I’ve updated the app when it calls for an update. I’ve uninstalled and installed the wifi. Disconnected and reconnected the collar and base station and still no change. I would have rated this a 4 or 5 before but now closer to a 2 or less. Please fix the issues!
