This app has had issues ever since you released it. Since the latest system upgrade started in September 2022, none of your technology has been working the way it should. Especially this app. We were promised that you would have this sorted out by the end of January 2023. Still waiting. Not good enough.
I’ve had this app for many years I can no longer log into the app it only send me an email and then goes straight to the web but not in the actual app. It’s been like this for months on end fix it
* edit* the new app is great. Very happy with it I find if the app works then the categories have you scrolling for a long time . You should be able to enter key words or they have sub directories. I’ve taken to just email them, which is a shame and waste of time
Happy with the My Plan Manager app after a few months use. Meets our needs, though we do have very few providers. Would be ideal if users could upload invoices for new providers rather than emailing, but that’s also not a huge task.
Beyond terrible. Joined BECAUSE of the app and the MPM team talking it up when I enquired over the phone about their service. For the entire year of my plan the app hasn’t worked - doesn’t load info and can’t submit anything through it. They keep promising updates which never come to anything. And I’m always having to follow them up on the phone and you always have to deal with a different person. Over it! Changing provider.
Not happy. Always crashes. Had other providers paid when they were never a provider of service to me in the first place. Glitch shows you have no available balance. FIX THIS!!!!
They do not answer calls or return them. If they do their line is so full of static they cannot be heard after many attempts. They owe me thousands of dollars and I’m not getting any paid into my account. Do not trust them with your NDIS package!!
The app is not useable, crashes continuously - I’ve given up!
I am struggling with this app. I can’t get in and then when I do the information does not come back to me. Extremely hard to navigate
Still completely useless on iPhone.
