Beyond terrible. Joined BECAUSE of the app and the MPM team talking it up when I enquired over the phone about their service. For the entire year of my plan the app hasn’t worked - doesn’t load info and can’t submit anything through it. They keep promising updates which never come to anything. And I’m always having to follow them up on the phone and you always have to deal with a different person. Over it!
