## My Pocket Coach Description
Your AI personal trainer. In your pocket. Building the healthier you, every single day.

Most fitness apps hand you a tracker and walk away. My Pocket Coach gives you Jake, an AI coach who actually knows you, adapts to you, and coaches you like a human would. No more logging into the void.

Just talk to your coach.
Tell Jake "I had chicken and rice" — it's logged, with macros. Say "my shoulder's sore" — he swaps the exercise instantly. Ask him anything about your training, nutrition, or recovery. Jake remembers your history and coaches from it.

One score for your entire health.
Your Health Score turns everything — training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, consistency — into a single number you can actually move. Watch it climb as you show up. Know exactly where you stand and what to do next.

A plan that adapts to real life.
Sore, tired, traveling, short on time? Jake adjusts your session on the spot — no rigid program that breaks the first hard week. Your plan bends so you don't.

Your coach reaches out first.
Miss a session and Jake checks in — not to nag, but to get you back on track. Hit a milestone and he's the first to notice. This is what having a coach actually feels like.

Built on your real data.
Connect Apple Health and Jake reads your recovery, sleep, heart rate, and HRV — coaching you to push on strong days and ease off when your body needs it.

Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, or simply live longer and healthier — Jake meets you where you are and takes you further.

## My Pocket Coach Reviews in Ireland

### ***** "Highly recommend"
I have just downloaded the app and I am so impressed!! I find myself lost in the gym and in my fitness journey and I already know this app is going to help keep me on track and motivated! It’s super easy to use and I love that the Ai coach feels personal and not like a robot. I love that I’ll save so much money using this app versus getting a coach / pt. Thanks so much to the developer this is exactly what the people needed !! I am so excited to continue using this app and improve my fitness journey🫶🏽

### ***** "I liked this app"
Its really convenient thats my biggest take on the app

### ***** "Training, Nutrition, and Coaching in One App"
This app has become my go-to for staying consistent with both training and nutrition. Calorie tracking is quick and intuitive, workout logging is flexible enough for gym sessions and cardio, and everything is laid out clearly without feeling cluttered.

The standout feature is the AI assistant. It actually feels useful, helping with workout structure, answering questions, and keeping me accountable rather than just spitting out generic advice. It’s like having a coach, food tracker, and planner all in one place.

If you’re trying to train smarter, eat better, and stay organised without juggling multiple apps, this does a great job of pulling it all together. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their fitness long-term.

### ***** "Great app"
I tried it out it’s good if your using different app’s for different things, nutrition, exercise and chat gpt, saves you time and money because this one has everything inbuilt in one
