Way better than calling and having to get someone on the phone like usual medical appointments are done; then trying to find a first available day/time the doctor has that works for my schedule and availability! Can’t even simply list all the appointments or messages, you have to click multiple times to figure that out by yourself. Recently I tried to book an appointment with a doctor. The doctor told me to book a 30min appointment, but the app only lets me book 15min appointments, without options to change the length or even filter by length. Booking two adjacent 15min appointments also isn’t good enough, for whatever reason. It’s also really easy to read the doctors notes on things and all my medications in one place. I can also check in online so I avoid paper work at the time I get to my appts. Sometimes I can just do the questionnaire online a few days before my appt. The issue I have had is when scheduling appts, sometimes it does not show all of the providers. So I’ll sometimes have to call to schedule an appt if my regular provider isn't popping up. I did add my doctor(s)/appt types to my “favorites” but that didn’t seem to help my issue.
