Description

My Program Generator is a fully adaptive and automated training program for runners, swimmers, cyclists, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts. MPG takes real-life performance and training data and creates an optimized training program. This program constantly adapts and changes as the athlete adapts and changes. The MPG algorithms have been scientifically formulated through rigorous research and field testing to ensure each program is highly accurate and specific to each athlete. MPG provides an outcomes-based and scientific evidence-based approach to training prescription.
The MPG algorithms have been formulated from scientific principles and they have been refined and tested on thousands of athletes, ranging from beginners to professionals. The MPG system is highly accurate for every athlete type because it takes multiple performance data points and training history into consideration when generating each program. Each training program that is generated is unique to each individual.
As workouts are logged in the workout log, the MPG system accumulates information to update the training program automatically. The performance tests get repeated on 3-6 week intervals and this, combined with the logged training, gets used to update and generate the new training program, automatically.
Events and races can be added to the system and the athlete's training program will update to prepare the athlete optimally for key races. MPG will include variables such as date, race type, distance and course profile and combine this with performance and training history to create the optimal training stimulus in the build up to key races.
MPG also automatically provides athletes with optimal race-pace guidelines with each race they compete in. This information is based on training history and performance data and has proven to be highly accurate and extremely useful when trying to improve personal records.

I did a lot of sports before but never any running. I started running and faffing around for 1 year before getting MPG. Since then, 6 months down the line, my 5K improved from 25mins+ to 21:39 and I am consistently improving month after month. The training program is great and the support from the coach is amazing 😎

I’ve been using the MPG app for the past month, starting from zero training after a few years of no activity. The app and program has got me to a level where I’m cycling around 2 hours, running comfortably and swimming with confidence. Coupled with commitment to a good diet, MPG has helped me shed 5kg over the last 3 weeks. All while increasing my fitness levels in a safe and precise manner, based on my own unique physiological profile. MPG ensures I get maximum benefit from every workout - and importantly - in a way which keeps me injury free. The app itself is generally intuitive, easy to use and the Strava sync works really well. Having a view on the endurance index and how training consistency improves this week on week is really motivating, and the regular newsletters and coach feedback are both insightful and valuable for newbies as well as athletes aspiring to achieve their best. I’m excited to see where MPG will take my fitness over the next 6 to 12 months.
