Has to be the stupidest top up system I have ever seen. Often the app doesn’t work when topping up, it leads to the App Store to download the 7-11 app lol, then the app blocks and it impossible to top up, have to shut down the phone or download the app again. Sometimes it can go on for 3 times like this. 

Who is the genius behind this ? He urgently needs a Nobel price

จะทำKYC เพื่อ activate การใช้งาน แต่ขั้นตอน face recognition error ตลอด พอกดปุ่มจะบันทึกหน้าผู้ใช้งาน กล้องค้าง แล้วเด้งerror ทุกรอบ ดูจากภาพรวมfeedback หลังจากการอัพเดตแอป CSAT แย่ลงเยอะมาก ถ้าอัพเดตแอปใหม่แล้วมาสร้างความยุ่งยากในการใช้งานไม่ต้องอัพเดตดีกว่าครับ อัพเดตแล้วUX แย่ลง เปลืองงบประมาณไปเปล่าๆอีก

ปกติใช้เติมเงินเข้าบัตรเพื่อโดยสาร BTS เป็นส่วนใหญ่ครับ

มีช่วงที่อัพเดท rabbit wallet เข้ามาแอพเปลี่ยนอินเตอร์เฟสใหม่เผลอกดไปเติมเงิน rabbit wallet

ลองเอาไปแตะสรุปใช้ไม่ได้ เลยพยายามผูกบัตรกับบัญชี rabbir wallet แต่แอพมันบอกให้ไปติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ พอถามพนักงานบอกบัญชีของ rabbit wallet กับเงินในบัตรเป็นคนละบัญชีกัน (ใครมันจะรู้)

เลยขอให้พนักงานผูกบัตรกับ rabbit wallet ให้หน่อย พนักงานบอกทำไม่ได้ ต้องแอพอัพเดทใหม่(...แอพดูดตัง) 

แล้วพอถามพนักงานว่า แล้วเงินใน rabbit wallet เอาไปทำอะไรได้ แกก็ตอบว่าเอาไปใช้จ่ายกินโน่นนี่ได้ แต่ไอตรงที่ให้กดสแกน มันยังเป็นสีเทาอยู่เลย เราเลยถามว่า แล้วมันจะใช้ยังไง พนักงานก็บอก ต้องรอแอพอัพเดท (...แอพดี...)

วันนั้นเลยยอมซื้อตั๋วปกติไป แต่ก็พยายามผูกบัตรกับ rabbit wallet ด้วยตัวเองมาตลอด จนผ่านไปเกือนเดือน

วันนี้ลองไปหาพนักงานดูให้เขาผูกบัตรกับ rabbit wallet เพื่อที่จะใช้เงินที่เคยเติมผิดทิ้งไว้ สรุป พนักงานทำได้ทั้งๆที่เรายังไม่เคยอัพเดทแอพใดๆ (Magic) เลยใช้เงินที่เติมทิ้งไว้ได้และเดินทางตามปกติ

จนผ่านไปประมาน 1 สัปดาห์ จะเติมเงิน เลยไปกด “เติมเงินบัตร” พอจะผ่านประตูเท่านั้นแหละ ผ่านไม่ได้จ้า

เลยเดินไปหาพนักงาน น้องเขาก็บอก คุณผูกบัญชี rabbit wallet ไปแล้ว ไปกดเติมเงินบัตร เงินก็เข้าในบัตร ไม่เข้า rabbit wallet (ใครมันจะไปรู้วะ ก็มันเขียนว่าผูกบัตรกับบัญชี) สรุปต้องมานั่งแก้ครับให้ยกเลิกการผูกบัญชี rabbit wallet

ฝากถึงผู้พัฒนาแอพครับ เคสนี้ลูกค้าอาจจะโง่เอง แต่ถ้าแอพมันเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเงิน มันก็ควรจะทำให้ง่ายกว่านี้นะครับ
