My Retirement

It does not give you realtime data on % gain overall. Very primitive interface. Data takes MONTHS to update. Not pleased with my experience only using this because my work only gave me two choices.

Slow as molasses, to change from one function to another, the circular icon spins for more than 5 minutes, and nothing happens. Worthless!

Really only use the App to periodically monitor 401k account. However, App is slow and non-responsive when trying to manage investments. The circle turns and turns, but doesn’t go to manage investments page! Useless! Need to research other 401k account management options.

The latest update not showing my 457 account, just my 401K. But my City moved to TMRS but I had my money moved to my 457. But I can’t see it anymore since the latest update and no option to select it for viewing This occurred after the latest update. I can log in but there is No Way to view my 457 account now! Not even an option to view it.

This app is great I use it to track my retirement and I’m able to modify my Def Comp contributions from the app and see projections.

Why are all these horrible reviews carrying five stars? Somethings up here.

The 2 different days speaking with the agents was very helpful. The knowledge they possess is valuable. Patient and courteous. Their qualities are unmatchable. It makes the account holder confident and secure. More companies should have employees like yours ! Thank You !

App is completely worthless. Have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get it to work weekly.

The app is straight forward and user friendly. I wish NYSLRS had something like this! 😬
