I’m trying to apply my kid for the bus on Cherry Creek district but when I try to it sends me to the login page.

One day I logged on to find every kids profile was suddenly missing. I’ve tried to re-add them and it won’t locate my children. Very concerning.

The bus is never where it shows, times to pick up or drop off is way off, why even have an app

I have been trying to put my id and last name but it doesn’t work and says it can’t find me so unless I already had a account idk what is wrong

On the app it says my bus was in jersey village and no where near my house and my friend tells me the bus is at the bus stop and love a block away from my stop so I had to miss the bus because of the app and I already send feedback on the app for making me miss school because of the app

I checked the app one day and it said that the bus was gonna be late, so I stayed at home. The map said that the bus was no where near our neighborhood and it was driving way off course. So I step outside to check and then I see my bus come out of nowhere and next thing you know I had to run into my house and grab my stuff and then run all the way to the next stop. My legs and lungs were very exhausted from the running. The whole time I thought my bus was in the middle of nowhere as said on the app, but instead it was standing right in my eyesight. Next time you make an app, make sure you tell us there will be a back up bus or at least tell us the real location of the bus.

Every time I pick my district it kicks me out onto the login screen

This app is horrible. I might get ten notifications five days after my kid is on the bus, but I usually get nothing. It's absolutely useless.

Stopped tracking the bus a week ago. Still get the scan notice but that’s all.

The app is good but I have been tracking when the bus get to my stop and the tracker does not update the busses location. This can make people miss the bus. Other then that I enjoy the app.
