The option appears on the menu, but if I click on it it redirects me to the home page. This is pretty useless. I had to phone Riverside and be on hold for quite a long time to report sometime. On top of that, the log of repairs/requests doesn’t appear online on my account. Any way all of this can be fixed? -- DVassalo19, 2024-01-09 ### *---- "Can’t report a repair" On the old app I could report a repair but can’t do that anymore, it says you can do it on the web version of my riverside but there’s no option to do this and I have damp so will have to phone, maybe someone will answer quicker than last time I phoned and it was 45 mins before anyone answered! -- Melons77, 2023-08-13 ### *---- "App and website never work" Payments weren’t working for ages now the login isnt working and riverside have been informed multiple times but still not fixed it meaning tenants can’t access the app or the website. -- Villa kroon, 2023-05-04 ### *---- "Can’t access my info" I can’t access any of my information nor make a payment. Pointless app -- Emj76, 2023-02-08 ### **--- "Some parts don’t work still" When you click payments at the bottom and pay online, the pay online now link doesn't work -- Mafooouk, 2023-01-27 ### *---- "No good for iPad" Needs to work better for iPad as it’s mainly built for phones. -- Dddddddddddddd,, 2023-01-04 ### **--- "Waste of time" Won’t let me log in with my username & password which the same one works perfectly on the browser. -- Mackem 80, 2022-06-01 ### **--- "Pointless App" The fact you have to re-sign in every time you close the app is stupid. This makes the app pointless. Using the web browser is faster -- LeanneKidd1990, 2022-04-14 [View all My Riverside Housing reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
