In the several months that I have had a Tracfone. It has caused me so much stress that I am going to file a complaint against Tracfone with the Better Business Bureau and I urge every single person who has had a Tracfone to also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. -- Wrath47, 2024-09-08 ### *---- "Stole my money!!!" Do not try to buy an upgrade on this app they will take ur money n never send u the phone u paid for!! So I’m out $86.39 cuz for some reason when I hit the payment button the last page never loaded to give me an order number, tracking number or confirmation number!! I call n they say they can see where I paid them 86.39 but can’t see nothing I ordered n I’ve ask for a refund but have yet to receive it!!! I mean u would think that would be enough for them to see I never got anything for my money to return it or send me the stupid phone I ordered either one is fine with me!!! I have a feeling I’ll never get my money back!! If I do I’ll update this review!!!! -- Ursunzhine7276, 2024-08-21 ### *---- "List/stolen phone" I either lost or my phone was stolen! I called Customer Service and reported it list/stolen. I had to go to the website and report it that way! How? I was sent a passcode that I could not retrieve! I tried canceling my subscription from Track phone and according to them, the account was cancelled but I got no confirmation! -- AsianmineR, 2024-07-29 ### *---- "Joke!!!" I have had to call these fools 3 times and wait 10 business days then call they turn my phone on for a week then they turn it off! Go thru the same process again again and again! They don’t care about us! They must be making huge profits off of us!! -- nccoffeegirl, 2024-07-21 ### *---- "show None" this app completely useless. not show I have any minutes and data. no Text messages at all. after I talk to the manager from safelink. my phone is working. the app still not show any information. -- sweetlobster, 2024-05-20 ### *---- "Useless. Need pin to log in and can’t get one" Each time I attempt to open this app, it asks for my phone number so that it would send me a pin to verify. Then I get a text message that says “keyword not supported “. So I can never login and use the app to check my minutes or data. I’ve contacted Safelink many times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works and so therefore the app is completely useless to me. -- olderperson123, 2023-11-22 ### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD" This app is a waste of storage on your phone. -- nnnbbbbccccrrrr, 2023-11-12 ### *---- "This is crap and you can’t even take it off your phone" I meant to do this through Obama phone on the phone you can’t log in with your phone number so if I can give this a half star, I would, but if I could get directions on how to take it off my device that would be appreciated -- mrcozda3rd, 2023-09-13 ### *---- "What a mess" I just signed up a few weeks ago and it’s so messed up,but then this is the government for ya!!!!!! -- crabbyhead, 2023-08-03 ### ***** "Help" I think someone ordered a phone in my name it says I already have a account I don’t have a phone threw safelink yet. -- StarBoyDanDan1994, 2023-07-17 [View all My SafeLink reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## My SafeLink Discovered Keywords - net 10 my account - safelink - my safelink - straight talk my account - tracfone wireless my account - safelink wireless - safelink app - tracfone - qlink - my mobile account app ## Apps Similar to My SafeLink - [美食優惠](https://apptail.io/app/app-Czf/united-states) - [Survey Spin: Get paid cash!](https://apptail.io/app/survey-spin-get-paid-cash-YWC/united-states) - [FREE Stuff, Samples & Freebies](https://apptail.io/app/free-stuff-samples-freebies-tDG/united-states) - [Kangaroo: Simple Home Security](https://apptail.io/app/kangaroo-simple-home-security-pZG/united-states) - [Apartment Guide Home Rentals](https://apptail.io/app/apartment-guide-home-rentals-LjH/united-states) - [InboxDollars: Surveys for Cash](https://apptail.io/app/inboxdollars-surveys-for-cash-DLH/united-states) - [CorrLinks](https://apptail.io/app/corrlinks-ALI/united-states) - [PCH+ - Real Prizes, Fun Games](https://apptail.io/app/pch-real-prizes-fun-games-jRO/united-states) - [Roku Smart Home](https://apptail.io/app/roku-smart-home-bpX/united-states) - [KashKick: Get paid to have fun](https://apptail.io/app/kashkick-get-paid-to-have-fun-vHpo/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
