### *---- "Great game but lags.. A LOT"
It’s a great game. I love playing it, but it seems as though it’s starting to lag and when it does that, it’ll reset everything that I’ve done and if you do a quest that requires energy and it starts to lag, it’ll take away your energy it won’t restore it it was so it’s basically just wasted. Hopefully they’ll fix it seems to be a consistent issue but it’s 2025 almost 2026, so hopefully we can get an update soon. :)

Update:

I just spent 3 to 4 hours in this game just for me to come out and reload and it redid all the work I had just spent in editing and working on the restaurant. If it keeps up, I might not be playing anymore.

After the game updated recently. I am not able to watch all the advertisement to earn Ruby, usually everyday has 3 advertisements for you to watch and get Ruby. But this advertisement some day available for and some day telling me I have to change my setting. Same as the daily ad lucky box too. I am also unable to watch advertisement for cooking too. It is very frustrating with all these things. Always got kick out from the game. Pls fix it asap. Thank you.

I’ve been playing off and on for 5 years and there’s still no new themes for decorations and they keep reusing items for monthly rewards. Theres really no point anymore you just have more money that you can spend on items that generate more money, and then the money doesn’t buy anything fun. Experience is pointless because as your level goes up there’s no new items to work towards. People sink so much money into this game it’s shocking how little they’ve added to it in so many years.

I loved playing this game and then when it updated I could not get into the game anymore it kept saying server maintenance. I don’t know what the problem is but I would love it if this issue could be solved.

I was obsessed with this game for a while but now it seems to be very laggy :( Sometimes the game freezes for over 1 minute, and sometimes it crashes. This makes the game really hard to play! (I am using an iPhone 13pro so I don't think its my phone). Feels like something to do with the server connection.

I have been playing this game well over 4 years. I have some really good friends on here that play in different parts of the world. Finding a bistro name is hard but once you start the game is very fun.

I love decorating different levels and I have PT available for beginners. There's so much to do ship orders, story quest, collecting staff and completing theme achievements. I like the weekly challenge as you can get a lot of coins from participating. 
。
Some tips: If you are a daily player and interact with your friends bistro (cleaning, pet, bell) your friends will visit you often.
。
There are some tutorials online but also Manager Benny has guides on the forum for most updates. 
。
Please be respectful to registered daily quote and manage message. Some people have strict rules who can apply for PT in their Bistro. Rude/Bossy players are unwelcome and will be removed from friend list. Please be kind, this community will treat you the way you treat others. 
。

### **--- "My items vanished and so did my in-game money"
There’s apparently a bug for when you do a big edit of your restaurant and if you don’t save in between each little change you make it’ll be catastrophic.

I had 7mil in coins, spent 3 mil to make new edits to my restaurant, hit the save button, game said there was an error and restarted.

Now I’m back in the game with my restaurant unchanged, 3 mil gone and none of my items that I bought in my storage?! 

They probably won’t do anything for me as of now, but here’s a warning to everyone else out there: make sure you save the changes you make no matter how small, if you do a big save it might make the game crash/glitch out and you’ll end up losing both.

I have been playing the game for some time now and quite enjoy it overall, but the pet update is bugged for me.  The incubators don’t work.  I thought maybe it was just the first incubator that was broken but no, I bought a 2nd one and it doesn’t work either.

I don’t know how else to contact customer support or get this issue resolved.  It is making me lose faith in this game.
