## My Select PT Reviews in United States

### *---- "Won’t let me login at all"
You tell me to download the app and create an account so I do and then the next screen asks me for an access code so then I try and go back to my email to grab the access code and you logged me out and then now you won’t let me back in and are saying that I’m not authorized because I never gave you the access code in the first place when I signed up. Tried to do a password reset and I’ve been waiting for the email.
-- CherylBuc, 2025-08-24

### *---- "Glitchy"
I can never even get into the app bc it’s so glitchy
-- Stars are my friends, 2025-08-10

### *---- "Wish the ability to check off exercises actually worked!"
This is a good app and I'm glad I can have my PT assign me exercises, but I've yet to find a consistent way to check off the exercises in the app. This seems like basic functionality and I would imagine it was part of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product), so I hope the app devs are reading these reviews! It should be easy to check off exercises, and especially shouldn't have to require you open each exercise and let it sit there for a while before moving on. I often can just look at the picture and know what I need to do. Give us the ability to check the exercises off, pretty please with sugar on top!!! I will gladly update my review when we have this basic feature!
-- Cvggrrl, 2025-07-31

### *---- "No Access"
I have asked for assistance twice with this app and received no response. I just requested a change in my password. They were supposed to send an email, but nothing was sent. I cannot use the app because I have no access to it.
-- With at, 2025-07-29

### *---- "Good idea but Can’t sign up"
Very much like the idea of being able to review and keep records of the prescribed exercises however, we have made multiple attempts to sign up for the app and it always giving an error message.
-- _RobMac, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Horrible non responsive"
I had an account years ago. I selected forgot password and I never get the email. My provider contacted their IT dept and you all are worthless. How am I supposed to get better when I can’t even get to the treatment program
-- Fire d00ggg, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Can’t login"
Having the same issues as everybody else.. get to the login screen sign in and it doesn’t do anything after.
-- E737, 2025-05-08

### *---- "Can’t get in"
Tried to log in but had to look up the access number. Apparently this is a fatal flaw because now I can’t get in at all. Super frustrating. Just want to do my PT not deal with this hassle.
-- widget360, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Waste of time"
You can’t even set the darn thing up as a new user because you can’t input password or user id from Apple password app or copy and paste both manually. The idiots who designed this app should be fired
-- Il machinista, 2025-02-22

### *---- "The worst ever"
My access code did not work. There is no way to contact anyone for help. So great!
-- Allyb77, 2025-01-17
