Had to get paper tickets at will call. No one to offer app support to fix it. -- Balcony view, 2025-11-26 ### *---- "Unsatisfied" The Sheas app will not bring up my ticket and since I can’t use Ticketmaster, I can’t get to my ticket. My rating is actually less than one star. -- App is terrible to use, 2025-11-13 ### *---- "Terrible, low functionality" This app does not let you save tickets to Apple Wallet, despite many pop ups prompting you to do so. This app was revamped last year and it’s been terrible ever since. The Ticketmaster interface is terrible! Do better, Shea’s! -- AquaLorax, 2025-06-24 ### *---- "I would LOVE to Add to Apple Wallet" Stop telling me to add my tickets to Apple Wallet. There is no option to do that, and it’s just annoying. I am not a fan of this app. It’s actually gotten worse with the last few updates. -- Ann M Z, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "App is not functional" This app cashes whenever you click on anything. Have you guys not tested it before pushing people to utilize it? -- poetsmidel, 2024-09-27 ### *---- "Crash city" Whenever you try and open anything the app immediately crashes and closes. Was told to download as I am a subscriber but it doesn’t work so why email me to download it -- Unitedscott716, 2024-06-28 ### *---- "App just crashes" On both mine and my wife’s phone, when you try to access your tickets the app crashes. Cannot access our tickets -- batt3687, 2024-06-13 ### *---- "Awful App - limited usefulness" Not a well-designed App. At all. The bugs include no longer allowing you to save your season ticket to Apple Wallet (which it used to allow), constantly being forced to log back in. And WHY can you not switch your ticket to another performance WITHOUT having to call the box office?? The whole experience is really terrible and frustrating. I do not recommend. -- krissiecat123, 2024-02-19 ### *---- "Glitch" Many glitches. Can’t get my tickets this year or last. Can’t pay on my account. Have contacted Sheas on multiple occasions, but no fix yet. -- buffbillsfaninfl, 2023-08-03 ### ***** "Shea’s App" Very easy to navigate even for a Senior like myself! So simple to save to your Apple Wallet. Only thing missing are my parking passes. -- Kadila, 2021-08-19 [View all My Shea's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to My Shea's - [Rochester Jazz](https://apptail.io/app/rochester-jazz-ooc/united-states) - [Erie Fairgrounds](https://apptail.io/app/erie-fairgrounds-aez/united-states) - [MyFundR Fundraising](https://apptail.io/app/myfundr-fundraising-TbNj/united-states) - [Dipson Theatres](https://apptail.io/app/dipson-theatres-Vsll/united-states) - [Financial Guys Media](https://apptail.io/app/financial-guys-media-VRpn/united-states) - [Garret Club](https://apptail.io/app/garret-club-JLyt/united-states) - [EverythingOP](https://apptail.io/app/everythingop-PPfu/united-states) - [In10sity-Dance](https://apptail.io/app/in10sity-dance-bDNu/united-states) - [New York State Fair](https://apptail.io/app/new-york-state-fair-NoBw/united-states) - [Stadium Takeover](https://apptail.io/app/stadium-takeover-lrnx/united-states) ## My Shea's Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/my-sheas-Cwtf/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/my-sheas-Cwtf/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
