## My Shell Reviews in Ghana

### *---- "Session Expired Problem"
I have had this app for over 4 yrs and have not benefited whatsoever. I accumulated so many points but the app keeps showing "session expired. Please try again later" each time I open it. I have contacted shell severally over the years and the response has not been great. I'm beginning to think the app is just a promo tool that doesn't benefit the customer (at least me)
-- PneumaKing, 2023-01-26

### *---- "Redeeming difficulties"
I have place an order on this app for more than three months now but have not received the item and whenever I call the customer care all they say is they’ll get back to me
When I now want to buy a different thing it doesn’t go through at all
-- pr026, 2022-03-05

### *---- "Could not sign up"
The process of entering the figures is full of bugs; then the first number and password show up as if you didn’t enter it. So Sign Up can not be complete. ((( However, I was able to Sing In in the App after creating my account on their website.
-- qualitybeauty, 2021-04-16

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Can not access the app, screen goes white after it opens.
-- Ateak3r, 2020-08-03

### **--- "Problem"
It’s hard to access my app
