## My Simple Life Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Frequently crashes"
Clunky and slow to load pages - frequently crashes and refuses legitimate login details
-- nick97fisher, 2025-05-09

### ***** "Best App ever"
I find the My Simple Life App, and it’s definitely the best in its category; it’s easy to use end full of helpful features to support me in my home highly recommend if you’re a Simple Life tenant,
-- MacKa2027, 2025-04-07

### ***** "Very easy to use"
Easy to send messages, hear about events & get general updates. All landlords should offer this.
-- AHD00001, 2025-04-07

### ***** "Fantastic App"
Love this app! Has everything in need in one place
-- GeoW11, 2025-04-07

### *---- "Rubbish"
Doesn’t work, you log in and it immediately boots you out with a Server Error message. Not worth the faff
-- meglocker05, 2025-03-23

### *---- "Pointless and doesn’t work"
When logging into dashboard it immediately says error and logs back out so can’t access anything.

Flagged this with Simple Life themselves who follow the script and say.. report things via the app. Despite then retelling them… the app doesn’t work they respond with… report things via the app.

Joke.

### ***** "Most Useful App!"
Really surprised this hasn’t been done before, renting has been made so much easier since being with Simple Life. Their app allows us to view rent payments, report maintenance queries & repairs, speak to the neighbourhood on the forum and navigate our household! It’s been brilliant and every landlord, private or not, should consider doing this!
