The app seems to be designed for sales pitch and not for self-service. It is a perennial challenge to get pdf of the bill. When I try to chat with the agents, waiting time goes up to 20 mins per exchange!

I bought a 14 day roaming unlimited data plan, and a few days into using the data, I realised that any services which require data were unusable, suggesting that the “unlimited” data was a facade. My mother, who had bought the same plan had hers working just fine which confirms that it was not the country I was in that was at fault. So basically I bought a data plan to get a lot less than what was promised.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is too bad for me to ignore. The app is not intuitive and crashes way too often. I am unable to unsubscribe add ons that I am not even aware of. It’s borderline scammy that SingTel is allowed to include unnecessary add ons by default that people will never use. 100% regret signing up with this company.

Channel Guide not accurate.  I always based on the guide and turns out the program being aired is a different show.  Esp the outdoor channel.  Not reliable channel guide.  To call in is also a hassle, playing merry go round and never get routed to the right human; and via chat need to go through with the bot.  Then some other org the same irritating voice please say this please say that… fed up hanged up.
