SKY failed me at every step. A promised problem free change from TALK TALK to SKY was organised in AUGUST 2024 with the change over takin place on 13 September. I spent a further £1000 on a SKYglass tv. The date came and went and nothing was done and the only contact was me ringing SKY. Various silly excuses were given and my broadband and landline were cut off by TalkTalk. The new television was now inoperative as I now had no WiFi. I had no landline and no broadband. After numerous phone calls, e mails and complaints I was eventually connected having been without a service for 32 days. No mention of compensation yet from SKY. I WILL no doubt have to fight every step of the way for that.
