Bill download - beyond the realms of Sky
Are we ever going to get the basics right Sky? Are we *EVER* going to get the ability to do; what should be such a simple task as being able to download bills from the app? Come on Sky, it ‘ain’t rocket science. Too be far though it probably asking too much so provide such simple tasks
Poor
Haven’t been able to manage my package for a few weeks now. If I want to upgrade I can do no problem! If I want to downgrade or remove anything, you can’t. You have to phone Sky up, where the Sky rep will tell you to use the App 🤷🏻♀️

We have been with sky for 25-30 years and if I have a problem they try to sort things over the and call a engineer out if needed l would say 10/10 for service
