## My Skyhook Description
TRACK ATHLETE JUMPS: Connect with the Skyhook jump mat via bluetooth to track athlete jump data. Get jump height, reactive strength index, time in air, and time on ground. Includes 7 default jump protocols and custom protocol editor.

CUSTOM JUMP PROTOCOLS: Configure jump assessments for athletes including custom jump count, duration, jump type (depth jump, hurdle jump, standard), and advanced jump analysis metrics.

ALL-IN-ONE ATHLETE MANAGEMENT: Create rosters and athletes, analyze jump assessment history with quantitative charts, multiple metrics, and time-period filtration. Explore jump height, time in air, time on ground, and reactive-strength-index. Export data in convenient CSV's for compatibility with other athlete management systems.

INTERACTIVE JUMP EXPERIENCE: Add custom jump targets for real-time feedback, easy access for deleting jumps, alternating between protocols, and cycling between a large number of athletes. Skyhook is optimized for all jump environments from large athlete combines to personalized training sessions.
