My Spectra

The application barely works, just like spectra internet.

The numbers they mention on the app is invalid and there’s no way to reach them if your internet stops working!! Planning on shifting to Airtel Fibre!!

Useless app

We are using this at home simply because we are stuck with it. Frequent outages and network glitches.

1) Link is down pretty regularly 2) Frequent disconnection so can’t depend on it in case of important corporate video meetings 3) Poor App, doesn’t work sometimes and customer support doesn’t work at night…no one picks up the call for hours Need to improve on customer service and customer satisfaction in order to be in the reckoning of a good broadband service provider.

1. Very frequent breakdowns. 2. They say please raise complaint through the application. 3. Funny part, the application doesn’t work when the net is down and you have to lodge a complaint 4. Even their tollfree number stops working when the net is down. It is more on breakdown conditions rather than working conditions

The spectra company had discounted plans for the same plan i had (Spectra faster). However i was paying Rs. 1900 per month for 12 months, whereas the same plan was available for Rs. 1200. They didn’t bother to tell that price has reduced, nor dis they reduce the price during renewal. Absolute fraud. Horrible support. Always harass their support for cheaper plan else threaten them to close your account. Airtel Xtream has much cheaper prices and complete transparency

Very worst service provided by spectra. You can't Check even speed on spectra app. I'm taking 100mbps plan but I'm getting only 9mbps speed which is ridiculous. Shame on Spectra.

The only reason the app exists is to get support when the service goes down (which is often). This app makes it hard to get support and especially if you have multiple connections.

The connection is down more than it is up. And they seem to be quite proud of this fact, going by the number of messages they broadcast about the frequent outages and the inevitable delays in restoration, that follow. Instead of paying Spectra, one is better off donating that money to charity.
