## My SPS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless app if you want to save a digital copy of statements"
Fix to use the full screen on iPad and be able to zoom in, print, save a digital copy of statements and screenshot and not get a black photo.
What are you hiding from the consumer using the app???
Extra fees or hidden charges we can’t keep records of it. Don’t waste time and just use the web browser.
Zero stars from me
-- Amazed traveler, 2026-07-02

### *---- "Garbage app, garbage mortgage servicer"
My mortgage got sold to these goons. Their app, website, and overall experience of dealing with them is bad.
-- slapsh0t11, 2026-07-01

### *---- "Hate updates"
I hate this app every time it makes me update. It logged me out, and I have to call customer service and change my password every time I hate this app.🤬😡😡🤬
-- jpmbeans, 2026-05-08

### *---- "Not Functional"
App seldomly works. Two days after a scheduled maintenance and still not able to login.
-- IntensityTX, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Wouldn’t recommend"
Can’t ever reach anyone, no email for support or issues… payments lost or delayed
-- Unhappy!!!!!!!!!???, 2026-04-14

### *---- "Worst App Dev ever!"
This has to be one of the most useless apps I use for any financial transaction. Not a full screen one iPad, nor ability to expand, no download capability for documents, small fonts, ridiculous workflows. Trash…I think a small child may have built this for practice. I cannot believe the CEO would allow this application to be deployed.
-- 67tommyboy, 2026-04-11

### *---- "Terrible app with poor functionality"
I can’t believe my mortgage is in the hands of such a poorly designed app. Buttons and functions are unorganized, i use face id to log in and then need to sign in once i’m in the app to see my balance. It looks like they have not updated this since 2009
-- Manfred monkey king, 2026-04-09

### *---- "It used to work"
I used to be able to zoom, download or print my statement. It don’t work or it’s not easy.
-- Lawlady0505, 2026-03-21

### **--- "Less reliable"
It is still possible to make payments from this app but otherwise it became obsolete and useless. Not allowed to download documents. Not possible to make screenshots or zoom in to read statements. I have to request mauled docs.
-- iYuser, 2026-03-14

### *---- "Slow"
App is not user friendly at all. Lots of lag.
