The app has had a major error for years which has no been addressed despite reported issues. When entering dispensing fees for more than one drug the keyboard defaults to a phone menu which has no decimal. The only work around is to put in an incorrect number and complete the entries and then go back and edit it. Poorly tested and very frustrating for users. I prefer to use the website to enter claims.

Loved this app, until 10 days ago. Now requires access to my pictures to submit a chiropractor claim, but I can’t select just a few pictures. Seems like Sunlife wants access to all my photos and I’m not comfortable with that. I can’t change which pictures they have access to either. So now I have to manually send in claims instead of e-claims. It’s super inconvenient and I’m not understanding why the sudden change.
