The app doesn’t even show the remaining statement balance for my card. It only shows the total balance. So there’s no way to know how much one needs to pay in order to pay off the monthly balance due. I can’t even access statements on the app so I can’t even calculate it myself. The bank only sends paper statements and doesn’t even email me a digital copy. I closed my Synovus banking account and will likely cancel this credit card, too. Same thing. App fails and website works. Tried manually entering password. Fail. Tried changing it again on app. Failed. Go to web it works. Reboot phone. Delete app again failed.
