## My Talkmobile Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Doesn’t load the create account"
I got the app to make it easier to pay my bill every month, but when trying to create an account. It just loads and doesn’t get past that.
-- Phledgie, 2025-01-04

### ****- "Clean, simple, easy to use, but…"
Does almost everything you need to manage your service simply and easily. However, in common with other providers, there is still no way to see your data usage over the past year, say, at a glance. And this is the sort of thing you need to know to assess staying within limits and if your current allowance is still appropriate.
-- Samnorthernlights, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Does not stay logged"
App doesn’t stay logged in for longer than a couple of hours and awful slow outdated design. Looks like it was made by a GCSE IT student
-- Robert s 2008, 2024-12-24

### ***** "Fred the Sparkes"
Great service nice people
-- fredthesparkes, 2024-12-14

### ***-- "New customer"
You can’t really do much on the app. You can’t update your mobile number. Feel it’s a very basic app.
-- neilster35, 2024-12-13

### ****- "Log In Problems"
It's a nice little app which shows you all you need to know - once you're logged in. The problem is that it keeps logging me out even though I have Face ID turned on so I have to keep entering my password every time, which I often don't have to hand and which I can't remember - does anyone remember 300 passwords? Destroys the object of Face ID on my iPhone 15 running iOS18.
-- CarrieH, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "No Touch ID"
Would be nice if when you set up Touch ID it would actually work!
-- Graham667, 2024-10-04

### **--- "Login Issues"
This app’s security is ridiculous. I’m not accessing my bank! Every time I try to log in I need to re enter my email and password and I can’t never remember the password bec of the stupid password requirements. I only want to check how much data I have used!!! It shouldn’t log you out every time and there should be an easier way to access your account
-- Alfie0283, 2024-10-03

### *---- "Impossible to register via the app"
I fill in my mobile number, name, post code and email address but if I switch away from the app to generate a password in my password manager or receive the code sent via text message, it wipes out all of the details when I swap back to the app.
I then fill in all of the details again, it generates a new security code sent via text message, I go to read the text message and when I return to the app it wipes my personal details again. Sick in a loop...
Who tests this rubbish?
-- Richardvw63, 2024-09-13

### ***-- "Pointless face recognition"
The app once in is ok very simple but fine. My issue is Face ID always asks do you want to use it but has to send a text so not worth having .
