I got the app to make it easier to pay my bill every month, but when trying to create an account. It just loads and doesn’t get past that.

Does almost everything you need to manage your service simply and easily. However, in common with other providers, there is still no way to see your data usage over the past year, say, at a glance. And this is the sort of thing you need to know to assess staying within limits and if your current allowance is still appropriate.

It's a nice little app which shows you all you need to know - once you're logged in.  The problem is that it keeps logging me out even though I have Face ID turned on so I have to keep entering my password every time, which I often don't have to hand and which I can't remember - does anyone remember 300 passwords? Destroys the object of Face ID on my iPhone 15 running iOS18.

This app’s security is ridiculous. I’m not accessing my bank! Every time I try to log in I need to re enter my email and password and I can’t never remember the password bec of the stupid password requirements. I only want to check how much data I have used!!! It shouldn’t log you out every time and there should be an easier way to access your account

I fill in my mobile number,name, post code and email address but if I switch away from the app to generate a password in my password manager or receive the code sent via text message, it wipes out all of the details when I swap back to the app.
I then fill in all of the details again, it generates a new security code sent via text message, I go to read the text message and when I return to the app it wipes my personal details again. Sick in a loop...

The app once in is ok very simple but fine. My issue is Face ID always asks do you want to use it but has to send a text so not worth having .

Well, no problem getting the app on apple, registering is another issue altogether. 

Fill in the details, wait for a text, which it sends then you enter the code. The only issue is that to check the text you need to leave the app, even with it in the background running, it clears all the values when you go back and you have to start again! And again and again! 

Poor programming, this needs fixing.

Cannot comment yet on the app as I cannot get to even use it so first hurdle is a deal breaker.

My credit score has been damaged because I missed a payment of 2* £8 for 2 months.  Every time I saved my account details it didn’t register them and I confirmed them in metro bank and Santander and neither worked. One day it miraculously worked but it was too late. I got two phone calls that instructed me what to do and it didn’t work after following all their instructions. Really stupid service/ system. Should be ashamed

I’ve downloaded the app to my phone, filled the details in to register and had the code sent. However, to get the code I have to switch to Messages and when I jump back the page resets and I have to fill my details out again. I’m just going round in a loop with no way to register.

So I dutifully updated the app. It no longer recognised my fingerprint login. Forgotten password- of course I have I always use my fingerprint. Why can’t you remember it? 10 tedious minutes later I’ve updated my password (which I will obviously now forget) I’ll try to remember not to update the app next time

Every time I try to register it wants to send me a security code via text but as soon as I leave the screen to access the text message it takes me back to the start of registration with blank fields again. Round and round in circles, total waste of time & effort.

Not much experience of the app as I only stayed with them for less than 24 hours. Gave them the pac code and on the day they closed the previous supplier but didn’t change my number over to the new sim until about 7 hours after the closure so I had no way of receiving calls or text messages. When finally done WiFi calling didn’t work and I got a message saying if I wanted WiFi calling on my account I had to contact talk mobile (something I’ve never had to do with previous suppliers) they assured me it would be sorted that day. So I gave them that day and they still didn’t fix it so I’ve now terminated the contract after the mess and joined another supplier and while I wait for the new SIM card to arrive the WiFi calling is still not fixed.
