Love the company, hate the app! Everything is unavailable to view!!

It appears that Tango offers good price to join and later increases the price without informing customers

Endless faults. - doesn’t match actual account - says it saves payment method but doesn’t -gives audible noise to say bill is payed when there is 3 more steps. Just to name a few.

Your app is very broken and you should care about that. I cannot pay my bills without updating the app. That is stupid. All I want to do is conveniently pay for my gas and electricity. It isn’t hard be better.

I’m trying to pay my bill & it’s not paying immediately as it’s done before why

says: my app is newest IOS, but no matter by which way, credit card nor Apple Pay, payment always can’t be processed, seems all good till the end of payment procedure but nothing happen; from the first day joined tango till now. Bad experience.

The app claims to allow apple pay but it does not work. I eventually got onto the company, they tested the app, acknowledged the problem and a few days later it worked for my gas bill. Got an electricity bill and the app once again failed to work. Very unimpressed.

This app has to be one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. All I want to do is pay my bill. It never recognises my user name or password. So I change my user name and password. The app doesn’t recognise that either. Then when the app finally lets me in, it rejects my payment. Watch Tango get itself in a tizzy though when the account falls overdue 😡👎🏽

I have electricity & gas but app only displays the electricity account. Why not both? Also the main reason I wanted the app was to monitor energy usage but the app only shows 10 months history which is less than displayed on my energy bill emailed to me.

Why don’t you have the gas bill on here also?
