Про такие вещи как ответ специалистов на банальный простой вопрос в течении всего дня я не буду писать. Ну в общем… горит знатно. The worst service in Armenia! It's been a week since everything collapsed. I write to support, no one solves the problem, and no one answers the phone. I get a "response" after 12 hours, is this normal? I'm sure it's NOT! I topped up my balance 3 times and tried to activate the internet, all my money disappeared from my balance, and guess what? I got a message that I activated the internet, but I don't know why, I don't see it in my app, and it doesn't work. So if you have problems, make sure you provide the BEST and SUPPORTIVE customer support! This is so LOW! PS: Also wanted to add that the app crashed too, and you have no way to talk to the "support service".
