Keep crashing

App is always crashing when I go to open the app it’s always just in the load screen.

I can access MyTelus on my computer. Each time I’m reminded that “It’s better in the app” So I install the app on my tablet and log in. There is no way to link my 2 services. ( home phone and home security) A waste of time. Telus security service is awful. Try calling and after an hour or so you will get someone in Manilla. That’s right-the Phillipines.

I’ve had great service from Telus over the years. This app crash problem is recent, but has been going on for a couple months now. I’ve deleted the app a few times. And after reloading, it works fine. But then I try signing in a couple days later, and it crashes again. I’m sure it’s being worked on, but it’s getting a bit annoying.

The app randomly forgets and remembers my password. I’ve spent several hours with support trying to fix the issue and no result. You’re better off just using the website.

Never contract with Telus , you will regret it later

I have a pay as you go account and I can never get my data usage details from this app. Always says down or unavailable. I can get total usage but not any detail on when it was used. Very annoying.

It wouldn’t let me create a profile. It is very difficult to get a human on the phone to help and the agent couldn’t get me going either. I have deleted this crappy app.

My only app that crashes on open. Hot garbage.

I use to be able to check it anytime and now it just tells me to go to the web and the web tells me to go to the app
