Can’t login
I suddenly can’t login. Tried deleting the app and redownload. Still cannot access the account.

I suddenly can’t login. Tried deleting the app and redownload. Still cannot access the account.
There is something wrong with the Overview where it shows the first Plan. It sort of looks like it is showing usage like it did before but it is wrong (0GB of 0.09 GB used whatever that means) and it only shows one device. It is not an improvement. I preferred to see the simplified Overview view of usage by selecting individual devices which I don’t get anymore
Now when I login, I cannot see the amount of days I have left on my data, they buried it somewhere, and made it a really ugly user interface. It used to be able to track how much you’re using with the ——— amount of days left ———- now just shows and ugly small chart with no days displayed. Highly disappointing and painful to track.
The latest update, mid December screwed up password access into the app
I’m not able to login to the app through my VPN! If I disable the VPN I’m able to login BUT if I re-enable when logged in then am not able to access anything. This app sucks. It used to be fine but you changed something for the worst. You’re definitely going BACKWARDS.
Since ios 18 there is no widget. This is a pain to launch the app each time to set the security. When will it be back?
Not working for the last week
Now you can not even run this app with a personal VPN running. This app sucks. I should be able to log into my account where ever I want. Especially if I am traveling like setting a VPN to a location. I am just going to find another provider.
Very happy with the My TELUS app, my eyes hurt a bit from light mode, please consider and add dark mode!
I was promised "free" home camera services by your agent, but now I'm being charged $86 overdue or $360 to cancel. Loyalty dept says they can't verify the agent's offer and even threatened legal action. This is unfair to a loyal customer of 2+ years.
