I have had Total Wireless for years and have been very pleased, however I can’t use the app any more unless I upgrade my plan. Since I have no intention of doing this, I am switching to another phone service. I have a new SIM card on the way, when it gets here if I am able to use the app again then I will stay with Total Wireless, but if not then it’s goodbye.

App tells me I need a new unlimited plan to use the app. If I x out that screen I cannot do anything. I have an unlimited plan, four lines, been using Total for years. Trying to explain this issue to a non native English speaking rep was fruitless. Going to look at other options if something simple cannot be fixed.

I cannot use the app anymore. I immediately get a message telling me to go to totalwireless.com to upgrade my unlimited plan to be able to use the app. I have done that and I am in a 4 line unlimited plan. I’m sorry but since Verizon took over, the app has nothing but issues. Yes, I’ve updated to the most current app. I have had many bad experiences with customer service. There is always a language barrier. Any time I call for help, they end up disconnecting lines or swapping lines to the wrong phones and so on. I absolutely have a wonderful experience with cel service but dread calling if I have an issue or want to upgrade a phone! I guess you just can’t have it all for the great price I pay!

Terrible customer service, even worse since Verizon took over. Been a customer for 9 years and they keep taking away things that have been available since day one with the notice “update to new plan to use this feature” trying to get me to trip so o can now be under the increased pricing plans.

We have been a total wireless customer for 10+ years and always used the app to accrue points and redeem points. Unfortunately they “upgraded” the app a couple months ago and since then have not been able to use. Message says I need to upgrade my account. I have no intentions of upgrading as we do not use all the data we have available now. After numerous tries to use app I called customer service. They assured me they were aware of the problem with the app, our account was and is in good standing and they were working to correct the problem. As of now, still cannot access app. VERY FRUSTRATING! Will be looking elsewhere for another plan even though this one fits well with our lifestyle.

I can't get on the app. It keeps telling me a new plan is required. My plan is current and automatically taken out every month. I called Verizon twice and they could not fix the problem. This is very frustrating. I deleted the app and reinstalled it.
