- Last reported location - view last reported location of your vehicle or asset
- Previous journey viewer - with start and end location, distance and times
- Also includes a visual journey player to view the journey with speed and heading information

- Alarms - manage and stand down alarms directly from the app

Is My Trackstar free?
Yes, My Trackstar is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is My Trackstar legit?
⚠️ The My Trackstar app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Ordered the Trackstar with my new vehicle. 3 weeks of ownership and the location has only ever updated once, and that was after a call to customer support who did something their end. I’ve had no response after emailing customer support. Geofence does not work as ‘my location’ does not update. Journey logs are hit and miss. Only positive, I took the car out without the fob to test, and I eventually got an alert / call so something must be working in the background. My recommendation, avoid. If I could get my money back I 100% would.
Terrible App
The App looks ok but doesn’t work properly and Trackstar don’t really care either. My advice get a different tracker for your car
App Useless
The App never manages to show my current location so setting Geofence is impossible.
Pointless
Don’t waste your time with this app. It never works, doesn’t record your journeys, doesn’t show your vehicle location accurately. Terrible. I wish I had known how bad the app was along with the poor customer service before I had the tracker installed. I would have chosen another company. I’d have liked to give the app zero stars but not able to.
What am I paying for?
Rubbish, complete waste of time. The only thing I’m getting from this app is that it meets the insurance company request off a tracker fitted.
It fails to show any journeys made, and I can’t see where the vehicle is until parked, but the tracker company says they can see the location.

I tried to change my email address it bombed me out then contacted Trackstar through portal and you can only message them. They never get back to you. Rubbish if I could put no stars I would

Awful
does not track some journeys and sometimes shows where the car was about 10 hrs ago. Very disappointing- Paid £500 for the tracker and £400 for 3 year subscription. What a waste
Useless
Vehicle location has not updated since 5th May 2023 (which was when I last called them). The app is showing no journey’s. Absolutely useless and a waste of time.
In need of an update
Very slow, clunky and definitely in need of an update.
