Cannot log in
After many, many attempts have still not been able to log in. Shows logging in …… and never gets any further. The site was being refurbished in June/July with no completion date. Leaving to go overseas soon so not great.

Easy and Simple
App logged in fine and can do a range of basic functions, view my policy documents, has all the contact info and can submit an online claim.

Wow such a co way to see my policy, reminders, useful numbers it’s all there at the touch of a screen. No stress!
App not functional
Cannot log in. Issue has existed for far too long!
Don’t waste your time
App sits on “logging in” indefinitely. I have an iPhone 15 Pro, just finished getting travel insurance and can’t get into the app. I hope the insurance works better if needed!
Doesn’t go past logging in useless
Would rather not even give it a star . Come on fix the problem

I had it originally but accidentally logged out. Now I can't log back into the app. Very frustrating.
Can’t log in
It doesn’t go past Logging in, glad to see others have this problem and it isn’t just me. I am on an updated iPhone 11. I have spent too much time on this today. I will mention it a second time to the insurance company.
