My Undercover Agent is a first-to-market platform that gathers the most sought-after data needed by REALTORS for their day-to-day operations including interactive maps, builder products, news updates, the latest guidance for city restrictions, school information with registration processes, connection guidelines for utilities, process explainer pages and much more all in one place and easily shareable. Information on parks, marinas, boating, golf courses, kayaking, nature, and fun things to do covers more in-depth, up-to-the-minute detail than any other REALTOR platform. A community showcase database has more than 1,000 communities and neighborhoods to date highlighting amenities and lifestyle descriptions including photos.
The MUA goal is to help REALTORS be more efficient and stand out from their peers by offering them an easy-to-use platform powered by a lead-nurturing and customer service database that is maintained for them by our full-time data team, they will always have quick access to the most current information. What differentiates MUA from other platforms is that we not only research the data, but we also maintain it. We like to refer to it as a search engine specifically for REALTORS.”
With the click of a few keys, REALTORS can generate agent-branded, multi-page reports completely individualized for their customer. If there’s interest in a home where repairs are required, the business directory has sample estimates from local contractors to tap into for quick cost guidelines. The breadth and depth of the data is expansive, helping REALTORS® achieve an unprecedented level of customer service.
The platform does not provide specifics on individual homes, but rather the supplemental data to work in conjunction with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), not instead of it.
The MUA concept is similar to the way the MLS originated in the early 90s. REALTORS® needed a centralized database for property listings that was searchable and shareable. Along similar lines, MUA offers supplemental data REALTORS® can apply to their daily operations and to service customers.
“Agents can only spend 11 percent of their time with customers because the other 89 percent is spent on non-core administrative tasks,” notes Robert Reffkin, founder of real estate unicorn Compass.
MUA is an innovation to address that frustration.
My Undercover Agent is a one-source customer service database that reinvents the way a REALTOR® researches, reports, and services customers. A patent pending customer service database by county, MUA is currently available for Lee County, FL. It is of great benefit to SWFL REALTORS® that service Lee County Florida, but plans are in the works to quickly begin to offer this innovative platform in other areas and markets so stay tuned!

The MUA team, has spent the past three years developing a process of curating and maintaining data in-house that enables REALTORS to be relational in their customer service rather than transactional.
