## My Uniden + Reviews in Australia

### ***** "Mr"
Thanks works A1 much appreciated AAAAAA
-- gunrcflyer, 2026-09-23

### ***** "App can X"
Great little camera. I bought two so I can monitor our two dogs in the house while we are out. If they bark or howl we can talk to them and stop the commotion.
-- Brianj38, 2026-09-13

### ***** "Love it"
Great app, easy to use
-- Farmerkez, 2026-08-15

### ***** "Happy"
I’m pretty happy with Uniden keep forgetting only been 2 + years I have had it I only just have a couple sec recording I’m not sure if that’s a me issue I’m very technically challenged but I definitely like too keep an eye on all creatures great & small 4 legged & 2 legs & in case Ex visits Roos possums welcome 2 legged variety I don’t know you I see you I may be old but I will run so will puppy big puppy.. I’d highly recommend this product worth my $20 for data sim per month 🫶 as I don’t have wifi

### **--- "Not the most user friendly but functional"
I’ve managed to fumble my way through the app although it would be good if it gave more information about each setting. I can’t even find information about specific settings in the app or user manual so unsure what certain settings do/don’t do. I had 4 devices connected on a subscription, then added a fifth with no issues. I’ve now added a 6th device but I’m unable to add to my subscription which allows for up to 10 devices. However, when I try to add the 6th device it doesn’t appear in the binding list. Rather, the Uniden app tells me to start a new subscription. I need help to get this rectified so all 6 devices are on the same annual subscription.

### ***** "Uniden Promo Offer"
Should have purchased more on the offer.
-- The Ruses, 2026-04-15

### ***-- "Does the job but could be improved"
The settings are not that intuitive but does the job. Would be ideal if you could assign siren & light settings to a motion detection schedule (i.e. siren on at night And siren off during the day but still have motion detection notification).

Also, shared family members cannot access the cloud recordings. Kind've pointless forcing family members in the same household to also sign up for their own subscription and pay double.
-- James of the USS Voyager, 2026-02-14

### *---- "Won’t let me purchase payment plan"
If I select the highest payment plan available… it works ! if I select anything less than the highest….it says “server not available please try again later”

I’ve bought a camera for 24/7 recording….as proof during domestics…..and now I’m stuck
-- TruthTella77, 2026-01-08

### **--- "Awful app, camera ~okay~"
Camera somewhat works, detection is spotty. App is absolutely awful, worst app ive used in years. Now sends me 15 notifcations within 10 minutes (not exaggerating) telling me the camera is at 15%, not changing, keeps telling me its at 15% over & over.
-- Damo260, 2025-10-25

### *---- "Support no longer offered for security cameras."
I attempted to update my Wi-Fi settings and when unable to enter my Wi-Fi password, I have logged a job card with Uniden. I was advised by Uniden they no longer support this product.

I do notice they’re still selling cameras that offer connectivity through this app.
