The app won’t work
The app won’t open up and let me check my card
Don’t do it
Not great, wasn’t able to transfer there is a 1k withdraw limit unless you go to the bank which is most likely closed by the time you get off work. Customer service is mediocre and can’t help you except tell you there is nothing they can do. You have to go to atm in their network not to be charged then atm may have a limit. I have to drive to the ghetto and pull out 400, 400, and 200 to get my daily max and I have everyone staring at me. Doesn’t come in 2 days early like they claim usually 1 day. Just not worth the hassle use your normal bank account and wait that 1 extra day to get paid.
Disappointed
You can’t make any type of payment to pay bills with vault without connecting to a different bank account. While I went through 4 different operators to tell me that vault doesn’t have the capability to do any payment like the vault shouldn’t be allowed to be in business of being a bank to any company

Horrible to deal with
I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. Their app is fine but the customer service is nonexistent.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANKING APP
I HIGHLY ADVISE TO NEVER USE THIS AS A CHOICE OF MOBILE BANKING! THEY DID NOT MAKE MY SERVICE A PRIORITY! I CALLED MAKING A DISPUTE AND THEY TREATED MY CRISIS AS A JOKE! MY DISPUTE IS OF YET TO BE SETTLED!!
Terrible app
This is a terrible app. I'm constantly having to delete it and reinstall it because it goes blank.
Will not recommend
This is a poorly designed, non-functioning app. Basic functions take days to approve or verify. When you try to login, it gives error messages. What a headache.
