I just upgraded because I was using 5G which is completely throttled where I live so the UW is doing it’s job.

The app is not responsive and does not have any way to reach customer support.
New Device Nightmare
I cracked my phone screen. I bought a new phone. I called to switch to new phone. I was told to turn off old AND new phone. I was told to get on a 3rd phone. Then we needed to call a 4th phone for 2nd level verification. How many phones do I need to switch my phone? I get put on hold and I get hung up on. And they don't call me back. They don't care about this customer. I hate paying this company. I would like to change carriers.

Insanely awful
What a pieve of junk code,
No face authentication
No face ID option when opening the app instead you get the good old 2fa which is a hassle
App and service are terrible
Beside a app full of endless looping that is different than layout on support help pages, can someone tell me why these people advertise a Home and Mobile discount that is like pulling teeth to even redeem? THESE PLANS ARE UNDER THE SAME ACCOUNT YET VERIZON HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO IT
