This app never loads
Since getting Viasat I have tried several times to log in and never does it load. I pay enough for the services there should not be this problem!

This is the worst internet service I’ve ever used. I call it Green Acres Internet because we have to climb a pole to get it to work. Overpriced junk and we have no choice. We’re way out in the country and the competition is just as bad or worse!! We hate having to use this junk, believe me.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS WE HAVE HAD FOR ONE DAY AND IT IS SO SLOW I HATE ALL OF THE ISP’s WHERE I LIVE ONLY A HANDFUL OF ISP SERVICE HERE BUT I CAN TELL YOU I DONT LIKE ANY OF THEM CENTURY LINK HUGHESNET DIRECT TV AND NOW VIASAT ALL BAD WHAT IS THE DEAL IS IT A REQUIREMENT FOR ISP’S TO RUN SLOW INTERNET HAVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHERE YOU JUST GO ROUND AND ROUND WITH THEM. OH AND LIE LIE AND LIE AGAIN TO YOU I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. THE GOVERNMENT REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! THEY NEED TO BE HIT WHERE IT HURTS IN THEIR POCKETBOOKS EVERY TIME A CUSTOMER GIVES A BAD REVIEW AND FINE THEM FOR NOT CATERING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IT'S NOT EVEN ABOUT THAT IS ABOUT GIVING CUSTOMERS THE SERVICE THEY ARE PAYING FOR.

Since yesterday the scree is all white, when I click on the app on my I phone. I cannot see how much data is left and nothing!
Stupid app doesn’t work
They give you a list of devices on your internet but will not tell you what they are. They force you to try to look up every one by a MAC address which is nearly impossible to find every one. In plain ENGLISH tell us which of our devices are being used for data !! Truth in advertising is a right. I guess you need to contact the FCC for an answer to a simple problem !! They will find out why we are being denied this information!!
Ok I have had this internet company for about 3 years now. I haven’t had any major problems with my internet or the company it’s self. They are very quick to fix any issues that do arise, being general maintenance of the satellite equipment, or if they need to reboot my system for weather related issues. They are all very respectful. I pay $99 a month for unlimited high speed, and don’t deal with slow speeds at all. I don’t know if I just have a good area, but I definitely would recommend getting this company
Worst internet ever. Extremely slow download times for “high speed internet” can’t stream movies. Awful
