When registering the first time it says “please enter valid PIN code “. It does not allow to register. Called up customer care but even after 2 weeks, there has been no update from their end.

The charger is connected but not charging

Hamare sath galat kiya hai pehele app se gadi on hoti thi ab hata diya wahi dekh ke to vida liya wo hi hata diya iska kya matlab hua ham pagal hai vida liye ise update me thik karke digiye mujhe wo feature chahiye kisi bhi kimat par nahi to mai jo bura kar sakunga karunga hame bevakuf samajha hai kya 2 se 3 bar call bhi kiya care me koi fayeda nahi hua

This app is the worst as you can’t do anything with it. The functions it shows never get executed by the app you have to go and do it physically, moreover, the information provided by the app is also not in real time and navigation feature is a joke.

TFT root mapping display does not user friendly. And app ride history doesn’t update timely. Resolve this problems as soon as possible

Unreliable scooter. Will always fail on you on road. 1. App Doesn’t work 2. Aux battery problems 3. Maps don’t work 4. Seat doesn’t lock 5. Water leakage into storage 6. Poor service experience 7. Battery power suddenly drops. Completely unreliable on road. Don’t buy, if bought then find a way to return it or re sell it. Lost my peace of mind by owning this vehicle.

I wish i could give 0 star, firstly it lags a lot, secondly sometimes it’s connect and most of it doesn’t. Had a worst experience with this app so impossible to trust. Please carry your key with this else you gonna get irritated.
