This app is rubbish. I cannot access any information on what devices are on my network which I was able to do on the previous app. All I’m getting is there is a problem displaying your information please try later. Guess what? When I try later I get the same message

This app is the worst app I installed. Even if you already login it asks you login again or your account nunber on different pages. İt does not show any connected device. Even if i dont have internet due to general outage, it shows my connection running ok.

Bill never populates in app. Need to sign in through a browser. Don’t know how this is still a thing. Be switching to Vodafone anyway since prices are insane

App / online portal is so poor. Can't log in to customer account at all on a web portal. App log-in only possible after password is initially rejected, then you check "I'm not a robot" and try the same password - most of the time this results in a blank white screen. I want my 2023 statement but can't see bills past mid-2024, and can't download a statement for the year - let alone get access to 2023. Rang customer service to reset the account, which they did - still the same problem. Virgin is a technology company, lol! What a joke....

Downloaded it logged in. Was directed to enter a 2FA code. At no stage did it allow you to setup 2fA , so can’t use the app

I was offered a €15 a month mobile plan to go along with my broadband account. I was already paying €15 a month with Three but it was prepay and said it would be handier to go on bill with Virgin if it’s the same price. They told me to ring them and put the Mobile account onto the Broadband account once the Broadband goes live. So I rang them to tell them this and they tell me that it’s only €15 a month if you get TWO sim’s, if not it’s €20 a month. The sales agent I was on the first time NEVER mentioned this because I obviously would not have gone through with it otherwise. They completely LIED to me and I’m now canceling my broadband with them as well as my mobile account. As I’m sorry, but I do not want to be giving money to a company that lies to it’s customers!

App doesn’t work properly showing lots of bugs. I was never able to access my billing history or even check which devices are connected to my broadband. It definitely need updates to start being decent
