## My Wagepoint Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Useless program and app"
2.0 reports are missing some key items from 1.0, the integration was NOT seamless, had to rebuild custom pay types. The mobile app glitches out when you try to view your paystub which renders it completely useless. We will be investigating alternate providers! Super disappointing!!!

### ***** "Can’t access via username"
I can’t login with my username, and when I enter my email and password it tells me the password is wrong. Will go back to logging in on my work computer unfortunately
-- slaystation3, 2026-06-29

### *---- "App is useless"
Have to use the online website to access timesheets. Even though I followed the steps to enable. But trying to explain this to someone in person is next to impossible as they prefer to just email(give you tips) and use AI to guide you. Very frustrating thus far, hopefully their remittance isn’t this sloppy or it’s going to cost me more than having paid someone else.

### ***-- "Cant load the app"
I attempted 3 times, including deleting the app and downloading it again. It loads to approx 80% and doesn't go beyond. Delete the app. So lame.

*** so on feb 27th, i opened it however I thought the purpose of app as an empoyer was to input hours... all I can do here is view paystubs. Not useful.

### ****- "Great app"

### *---- "It does not work for me"
Unable to login, system loading forever
