## My Washington Gas Reviews in United States

### **--- "Link with BOA BILL PAY YET?"
Work in it
-- J (the 1st), 2024-12-30

### **--- "Always airs out"
Ask for password and then errors out. Change password and still errors out. This has happened repeatedly to the point it’s useless so I end up having to go to the main site on a computer or login through a browser on my phone.
-- MEOutlook, 2024-12-28

### *---- "No pay option in app"
They removed the pay option in the app
-- Lvk29, 2024-12-10

### **--- "PAYMENT LOST???"
FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2017, WASHGAS COULD NOT FIND MY NOVEMBER PAYMENT!! SO, THE SECOND DAY, MY EMAIL SAID I WOULD WANT TO SPEAK TO PRESIDENT, ETC.

ONE EMAIL TO ME SAID NO PAYMENT FOUND AGAIN, BUT SECOND ONE SAID THEY DID AND WILL TAKE 7 TO 15 DAYS. ALL MY BILLS PAID ON TIME!!! NOTE: IT WAS THROUGH THE WEB.

I DO NOT TRUST APPS THAT SPY ON YOU!!!
-- 2Save1Land, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Future payment does not work"
Future payment date does not work freezes app so basically a worthless app. Never had that issue with the website and date of payment.
-- sheistheki, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Can’t log in at all"
Face ID hasn’t worked for a long time. The password login now no longer works either. It comes up with a blank screen titled Multi Factor Authentication and ends up failing. Awful.
-- saspr, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Stupid"
The app is not working no more it keeps saying error and update but there no update it’s stupid and pissing me off …
-- Samirizhot, 2024-11-07

### *---- "Broken Application"
It shouldn’t be this ridiculously difficult to pay my bill. The app is refusing to take my payment method because the app is out of date and it’s not. I’ve checked for updates, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still happening. So naturally I go to their website and it’s the same situation.
-- Geezus krist, 2024-10-29

### ***** "Great service"
I am very glad they were able to create an app for faster and convenient service for us the customer thanks Washington Gas !!! Love it
-- alex552113, 2024-10-25
