## My Wesleyan Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Last up date"
Since last update on 16th July my app won’t download. I just get a download error on screen can’t use my app anymore as it won’t even open. Still can’t open My Wesleyan app still keep receiving error message my app is completely useless to me as it won’t open
-- Bradley 2, 2026-08-05

### *---- "Poor"
I can’t even open the app any more. I get a ‘There was an error processing your request’ message and the app doesn’t reload. It’s been like it for over a week now and I’ve tried reinstalling the app with no success. Very annoying as I can’t see any account info.
-- Jamcat247, 2026-07-29

### *---- "Useless app"
The app will not load onto my iPad despite repeatedly deleting it and re-uploading. Keep getting the same error message (“There was an error processing your request. Reload”) every time. This has been going on for at least a couple of weeks. Expect better from Wesleyan.
-- Cavydude, 2026-07-29

### *---- "Not loading on my iPad mini"
This upgrade won’t load on myipad mini. Can still access via iPhone. Regrettably.
-- janus1066, 2026-07-16

### *---- "Unusable"
Well done. Update a perfectly functioning app to one that doesn’t work. Can access my account anymore. Cheers Wesleyan.

### ***-- "The new scheme"
What a horrible update! The new colours are insipid and stark and the font for the large menu choices is now almost unreadable. The old yellow/grey theme was inviting, easy on the eye and looked professional, as the logo did. Now it looks childlike and cartoony. Did someone steal the ‘M’ from Virgin Money, flip it upside down and make it the new Wesleyan logo W? Usual marketing decision that’s worse than what was there before. Sorry guys, I’m not a fan.
-- Paul88keys, 2026-05-07

### ***** "Don’t transfer money"
It took them nearly 2 months to transfer money
-- jacquebro, 2025-10-29

### ***** "Great to keep track"
I’ve found the app great to keep up to date with plans as often as I want to. It means I can get values more frequently than the statements that are issued. I can also send messages to relevant people/teams and all my plan documents are stored in one place for easy access
-- Team rummy, 2025-10-16

### ***** "Great App"
Well presented and easy access to my products and values.
-- Happy Har18, 2025-10-09

### ***** "Happy Member!"
Very pleased with the new App! Registration was seamless. I have full access to my plan details and the ability to check progress regularly via my phone with no issues!
Member reward very gratefully received. Well done Wesleyan, great progress and I look forward to further developments.
