### ****- "Easy enough but issue logging in and out for 2 users"
Great to use the app to speed up claims, time to time it won’t let me log out to login with my wife’s details for her claim, this happened a few months ago and seemed to fix itself but is now doing it again, tried everything, just won’t let me log out!

Basically they’ve lazily just used the safari app to build in a mobile browser to their website.

Unable to look into approved practitioners (iPhone all updated to latest updates on phone and app) I clicked accept all, reject all, accept some, did all manner of combinations but it repeatedly pops up making it completely unusable and therefore I cannot see where I can go for treatment, what treatments I can access with this, and then they get the money from the company but we can’t use it. 
Hopefully the devs will be able to fix this sharpish as I need to see a therapist- but don’t know which ones I can access. Thankfully, I’m not in dire need at present but others may be and may not be able to afford to not have it refunded

### **--- "Easy to use but has issues"
My husband and myself use the same app in one device. When we submit a claim and try to log out, it either doesn’t log /sign out, or looks like it has but when you click login, takes you straight back in to the account you logged out of without signing in. This means if we have claims to submit for both of us we can’t. Closing the app, clearing the app and rebooting the device doesn’t work either.

Used to work fine. Now when you go to submit a claim on iPhone the whole screen flow is unusable. Had to go on to website to submit claim instead of app so deleted it

I deal with 2 accounts on my iPad. App forced me to “update” when I tried to login and now it won’t log me out!!!!!!

With this, limited App, you can claim online for optical, dental, chiropody & some therapy treatments. For most treatments you have to fill in the paper form in handwriting, photocopy bills you’ve paid and use the postal system for someone at the other end to read and enter your claim into their system (sometimes incorrectly). You can do nothing else with this App. One day Westfield might come into the 21st Century.

Honestly, there is absolutely no reason for this app to be here – it is simply a “cover“ over their website.

I.e. you can simply use their website and do all the same functionality this app provides, but without even having to download anything! Do yourself a favour, save yourself some space… And use the website instead of this (no point) app.
