They pick up the trash when they want to never on a schedule that’s why I pay my bill late

This app is obviously written to help the company. It has nothing to do with customer service. For instance, what’s the number one reason you call your trash company? You didn’t pick up my trash! Nowhere in this app can you do this?

This app is absolutely horrible. You should be embarrassed to be putting such a garbage tool out to your customers.

Whats the point of having auto pay if I have to log in to pay more often than it works?

It’s keep saying invalid to my email when signing up

The app provides no way to communicate with customer service. Beyond that, the company gets low marks for being generally unhelpful and not customer focused.

I don’t know y my bill fluctuates month to month but this amount is not wat I signed up for

There’s only one feature I care about: checking to see if it’s a recycling week or not. And unfortunately 75%+ of the times I open the app I see “the address you have selected currently has no active services” followed by an “Oops something went wrong. Please try again later” popup. However 100% time the billing page seems to understand that I currently reside in a residence that is serviced. Priorities.

No prior warning that credit card did not go through

There’s no way to contact customer service through the app, not even a place where the phone number is shown. When you do search google and find the number, you have to deal with an automated robot system. Overall, I think id be more successful trying to reach a person at the IRS than through this setup.
