My World Vision App

Every time I open the app and log in, it states that my session has expired and logs me out. I haven’t even been able to get in and send my child a message.

App has potential, but nothing about my account will load. No giving history, no info on my sponsor at all. It’s useless in its current state unfortunately. Please address!!

Signed into my account and none of my information comes up at all.

After selecting the sponsored child, I try scrolling down and it only scrolls so far and then bumps back upward. Please address this issue. Thank you 😊

I really enjoy using this app. So convenient. A couple of improvements I’d like to see. Copies of the text that I send, and also the child’s letter duplicated on both the app and the website so that I do not have to keep checking back-and-forth. Perhaps I’m missing something, but it would be very helpful to see my past letters sent using the app. Otherwise, I will need to stick with sending letters through the website so that I may keep track of not only the child’s letters but my responses.

Love the app. Very convenient. Would be 4 stars except there is a huge important issue that needs addressed immediately. I have 2 children in a sensitive area. And 1 that is not. I got on the app to write a letter to the child not in a sensitive area and noticed it said she was in a sensitive area and Bible verse could not be added. So I canceled the letter and started investigating. I found that one of my children in a sensitive area was not showing that critical information. And it was going to allow the Bible verse to be added to his letter. I closed the app and went to world vision website and logged in. The children were listed correctly there. And the letter writing correctly reflected the children’s areas. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The issue remains. So until this is fixed i will not use the app to write the children. I don’t want to accidentally send something to a child that could cause them harm.

Loading takes forever. Crashes frequently.

I think the concept behind this app is great. And if it worked, I would enjoy using it to communicate with our sponsor. However it doesn’t load our sponsored kids. Any fix coming?

I have been sponsoring a girl in the phillipines for alittle over a year now and have been using this app since. I love this app to quickly check any letters she sent me! I give it four stars just because I prefer typing my letters on the computer over texting letters.

I sign in with my world vision browser pass word and no information populates. Forever spins when going to profile. Attempt to fill in data and when I start by trying upload a photo it gives an error that my data syncing gas not finished. The only information I can add is my phone #. A shame as I sponsor 3 children and this seems like a good way to connect easier. Unusable….
