App hasn’t worked properly since I installed it
Unable to login or register
It used to be good - nothing happening now :( Please fix it or update the description 🙏
Authentication needs updating
Cannot log in using authenticator on phone. Very clumsy login process needs an update
Login issues
Have to email the company for login issues! What a joke.
Rubbish app!
Wrong date of birth entered! Account not activated! I can’t get in to download my xrays. No phone support Rubbish app!

After initial install, the app was awesome being able to access and review the xrays and report. However, have been unable to login to the app since. Have tried deleting and reinstalling a couple of times to no avail.
Bug issues
I love the fact that you can access your scans and reports via app (save the trees) however there are occasions where I am unable to log in due to errors. I’ve tried deleting and adding the app but still same issue. Annoying.
